Instructions for Cable Hip Adduction:
1. Attach the ankle strap to the low pulley of a cable machine and then to your ankle.
2. Start by standing side-on to the cable machine with your attached leg nearest to the machine.
3. Stabilize yourself by holding onto the machine or a nearby sturdy object.
4. Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart.
5. Keeping your torso stationary, pull your attached leg across the front of your body, moving only at the hip joint.
6. Slowly and with control, return your leg back to the starting position.
7. Perform the desired number of repetitions before switching the ankle strap to the other leg and repeating on the other side.
It's important to maintain proper form throughout the exercise to prevent injury and ensure the targeted muscles are being worked effectively.
