Instructions

1. Starting Position:
- Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Engage your core by pulling your belly button towards your spine.
- Let your arms hang down by your sides.

2. Arm Positioning:
- Raise both arms straight up above your head, keeping them close to your ears. Your palms can face each other or the front.

3. Movement:
- While keeping your arms elevated, begin stepping in place. Lift one knee towards your chest with each step.
- Alternate your legs, ensuring you lift your knees to hip height or as high as is comfortable for you.

4. Breathing:
- Inhale as you raise your arms and exhale as you step down with your leg.
- Maintain a steady breath throughout the exercise.

5. Form Check:
- Keep your shoulders relaxed away from your ears.
- Maintain a straight back and avoid leaning backward or forward.

6. Duration:
- Continue this exercise for 30 seconds to 1 minute, focusing on smooth and controlled movements.
- Take a short break and repeat for 2-3 sets, depending on your fitness level.

7. Cool Down:
- To finish, lower your arms and step in place at a slower pace for about 15 seconds before stopping completely.
- Stretch your arms overhead and then down to relax your muscles.
