4. Quickly alternate the position of your arms in a controlled but swift manner, maintaining a rhythmic pace. Your arms should pass by each other in the middle of the movement pathway.
5. Try not to tense up your shoulders; keep the movement fluid.
6. Continue this arm-swinging motion for the predetermined amount of time, focusing on speed and maintaining form.
