Wrist Stretch with Forward Finger
Instructions
Setup
Begin on your hands and knees in a tabletop position on a mat or floor.
Place your hands directly under your shoulders and your knees under your hips.
Rotate your wrists so that your fingers are pointing directly forward, toward the front of your mat.
Movement
Keep your palms flat against the floor and your arms straight throughout the stretch.
Gently shift your body weight forward by leaning your shoulders past your wrists to increase the tension in the forearms.
Maintain a neutral spine and ensure your hips remain above your knees.
Hold this position for the desired duration, focusing on deep breathing and relaxing into the stretch.
