Instructions

Positioning:
1. Start in a standing position with your feet hip-width apart.
2. Step forward with your right foot into a lunge position, bending your right knee at a 90-degree angle. Your left leg should be extended behind you, with the knee off the ground.
3. Your hands should be placed on the ground inside your right foot.

Movement:
1. From the lunge position, shift your weight into your right foot while straightening your right leg, keeping your left leg extended back.
2. Inhale as you raise your left arm towards the ceiling, rotating your torso to the left. Your gaze should follow your left hand.
3. Hold this position for a moment, feeling the stretch in your hip flexor, groin, and spine.
4. Exhale and lower your left hand back to the ground, returning to the starting lunge position.
5. Step back to the starting position and repeat on the opposite side by stepping forward with your left foot and raising your right arm.
6. Continue alternating sides for a desired number of repetitions or time duration.

Tips:
- Keep your core engaged throughout the movement to maintain stability.
- Ensure your front knee does not go past your toes during the lunge to avoid strain.
- Move slowly and smoothly into each position, focusing on your breath.
