Instructions

Setup

  • Stand in an upright position with feet roughly hip-width apart and knees slightly bent for stability.

  • Hold the kettlebell with both hands by the horns or the body of the bell close to your chest.

Movement

  • Engage your core muscles by drawing your belly button toward your spine.

  • Keeping your hips and feet facing forward, slowly rotate your torso to one side, moving from the thoracic spine.

  • Ensure the movement comes from your obliques and core, not by swinging the arms or letting the hips follow.

  • Pause briefly at the end of the range of motion while maintaining tension.

  • Return to the center in a controlled manner, then rotate to the opposite side.

  • Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
