Instructions
Setup
Stand in an upright position with feet roughly hip-width apart and knees slightly bent for stability.
Hold the kettlebell with both hands by the horns or the body of the bell close to your chest.
Movement
Engage your core muscles by drawing your belly button toward your spine.
Keeping your hips and feet facing forward, slowly rotate your torso to one side, moving from the thoracic spine.
Ensure the movement comes from your obliques and core, not by swinging the arms or letting the hips follow.
Pause briefly at the end of the range of motion while maintaining tension.
Return to the center in a controlled manner, then rotate to the opposite side.
Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
