Instructions

Setup

Start standing with your feet hip-width apart and your core engaged.

Movement

  1. Hinge at your hips and place your hands on the floor in front of you. Keep your knees as straight as possible to feel a stretch in your hamstrings.

  2. Walk your hands forward one at a time until you reach a plank position. Immediately move into your next stage.

  3. Push your hips up and back while driving your chest toward your legs, transitioning into a Downward Dog position, forming an inverted 'V' shape.

  4. Hold the stretch for a second, feeling it in your shoulders and calves.

  5. Walk your hands back toward your feet while maintaining a steady, controlled pace to return to the starting standing position.
