Instructions
1. Step onto the Walk Wave Machine and place your feet on the pedals.
2. Grab the handles of the machine firmly; ensure that your grip allows you to have a comfortable upper body position.
3. Start by pushing down with one foot while the other foot moves upward in a gliding motion, similar to using an elliptical machine.
4. Continue this reciprocal motion, alternating pushing and lifting with each leg, mimicking the natural movement of walking or climbing.
5. During the movement, engage your core to maintain an upright posture and avoid slouching.
6. You can adjust the machine's resistance according to your fitness level to increase the intensity of the workout.
7. Monitor your duration on the machine and try to maintain a steady pace throughout your workout.
8. Once you have completed your workout, gradually slow down the pace before coming to a complete stop to avoid dizziness.
9. Carefully step off the machine.
