W-Pose Against Wall Stretching
Positioning
Stand about an arm's length away from a wall.
Face the wall, keeping your feet shoulder-width apart.
Extend your arms out to the side at shoulder height, palms facing forward.
Movement
Bend your elbows at a 90-degree angle so your fingertips point up, creating a "W" shape with your arms.
Press your forearms against the wall.
Keep your shoulders relaxed and down.
Gently push your chest forward and lean into the wall, feeling a stretch across your chest and shoulders.
Hold this position for 15-30 seconds while breathing deeply.
Relax and return to the starting position.
Repeat the stretch 2-3 times.
Tips
Ensure your back remains straight throughout the stretch.
Modify the distance from the wall if you need a deeper or gentler stretch.
Do not push too hard; the stretch should feel comfortable, not painful.
