Tip-Toes (Calves)
Positioning
Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Ensure your weight is evenly distributed on both feet.
Keep your arms by your sides or place your hands on your hips for better balance.
Maintain a straight posture with your head up and shoulders relaxed.
Movement
Slowly rise up onto the balls of your feet by lifting your heels off the ground.
Hold the tip-toe position for a moment, squeezing your calf muscles.
Gradually lower your heels back to the ground to return to the starting position.
Repeat this movement for 10-15 repetitions.
Tips
Keep your movements controlled to avoid injury.
Focus on engaging your calf muscles throughout the exercise.
If needed, you can hold onto a wall or chair for extra balance.
