Instructions
Setup
Lie flat on your back on a mat.
Bring your legs into a tabletop position with knees bent at a 90-degree angle directly over your hips.
Lift your head, neck, and shoulders slightly off the ground, engaging your core.
Extend your arms out to your sides, hovering them slightly off the floor.
Movement
From the tabletop position, slowly extend both of your legs outward and slightly upward.
Maintain a strong core engagement, ensuring your lower back remains pressed firmly against the mat throughout the entire movement.
Extend your legs until they are straight, keeping them close to the ground for maximum core activation without letting your lower back arch.
Slowly return your legs back to the tabletop starting position, moving with control.
Repeat the movement, focusing on maintaining steady breathing and core stability.
