Sumo Squat Pulse with Arm Raised
Instructions
Setup
Stand with your feet significantly wider than shoulder-width apart.
Turn your toes outward at approximately a 45-degree angle.
Raise your arms overhead, keeping them slightly bent with your fingers near each other in a rounded position.
Movement
Lower your hips into a deep squat, ensuring your knees track directly over your toes.
Keep your chest upright and your core engaged.
Instead of fully standing back up, perform small, rhythmic pulses by moving your hips up and down several inches at the bottom of the squat range.
Focus on driving the movement through your glutes and inner thighs while maintaining a static upper body posture.
