Instructions

Setup

Stand tall with feet hip-width apart, engaging your core to maintain a stable, upright posture.

Movement

  1. Begin by lifting one knee towards your chest as high as possible, driving the knee up through the hip flexor while simultaneously swinging the opposite arm forward in a running motion.

  2. Keep your back straight, avoiding any excessive rounding or leaning as you perform the movement.

  3. Return the foot to the ground with control and immediately transition to the opposite side, lifting the other knee and opposite hand.

  4. Alternate legs rhythmically, moving at a pace that allows for controlled, high-quality repetitions.
