Instructions

Standing Interlock Hands Full Stretch

Positioning

1. Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Engage your core to maintain stability throughout the movement.
3. Interlock your fingers together.

Movement

1. Start with your arms down by your sides, interlocked fingers facing upwards.
2. As you inhale, slowly raise your arms above your head, keeping your fingers interlocked.
3. Stretch your arms as high as you can while maintaining a straight posture.
4. Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, feeling the stretch through your shoulders, upper back, and arms.
5. Keep your shoulders relaxed and away from your ears during the stretch.
6. To release, exhale and lower your arms back down to your sides.
7. Repeat as desired, ensuring to maintain even breathing throughout the exercise.
