Standing Forward to Arm Lateral Raise
Instructions
Setup
Stand tall with feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
Extend both arms forward at shoulder height, palms facing each other.
Movement
Chest Opening: Slowly move your arms out to the sides, sweeping them backward until you feel a comfortable stretch in your chest and squeeze your shoulder blades together.
Closing: Reverse the movement, bringing your arms forward back to the starting front-facing position.
Control: Maintain a smooth, deliberate pace throughout the movement, keeping your arms at shoulder level the entire time.
Posture: Keep your core engaged and avoid arching your back as you bring your arms backward.
