Standing Forearm Flexor & Extensor Stretch
Instructions
Positioning
Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart and maintain a neutral spine.
Bring your arms out in front of you, bent at a 90-degree angle at the elbows, with palms facing toward you.
Movement
Flexion Phase: Curl your wrists inward toward your chest, feeling a stretch along the top of your forearms.
Extension Phase: Push your palms outward away from your body, spreading your fingers to feel a stretch along the inside of your forearms.
Continue to rhythmically alternate between curling the wrists in and pushing the palms out to loosen the forearm muscles.
