Instructions

Setup

  • Stand with your feet wider than shoulder-width apart.

  • Extend your arms out to your sides, parallel to the floor.

Movement

  • Keep your legs relatively straight, maintaining a soft bend in the knees to avoid locking.

  • Exhale as you hinge at the hips, twisting your torso to bring your right hand down towards your left foot.

  • Reach as close to your toes as you can, keeping your back as flat as possible during the descent.

  • Inhale as you return to the upright standing position with arms extended out to the sides.

  • Repeat the movement on the opposite side, bringing your left hand down to your right foot.
