Instructions

1. Kneel on the floor with the stability ball in front of you.

2. Place your forearms on the ball with your hands clasped together.

3. Engage your core and keep your back straight throughout the movement.

4. Slowly roll the ball forward, extending your body as you roll the ball away from your knees.

5. Extend as far as you can control without arching your back or collapsing your hips.

6. Use your core muscles to pull the ball back towards your knees, returning to the starting position.

7. Repeat for the desired number of reps and sets while maintaining good form and controlled movements.
