Setup

  1. Lie flat on your back on a yoga mat with your legs extended and arms down at your sides.

Execution

  1. Peel your head and upper shoulders off the floor, engaging your core.

  2. Simultaneously draw one knee towards your chest and grasp it with your hands to maintain tension.

  3. Keep the opposite leg fully extended and hovered a few inches above the floor.
