Instructions

  1. Place your hands firmly on the floor a few inches away from a sturdy wall, shoulder-width apart with fingers spread wide.

  2. Kick up into a handstand facing the wall, lightly resting just your heels or toes against the surface.

  3. Separate your legs into a split position, keeping one leg extended forward toward the wall and the other back.

  4. Engage your core, squeeze your glutes, and push the floor away actively through your shoulders.

  5. Hold this balanced position while breathing smoothly and steadily.

  6. Gently lower one foot at a time back to the floor to exit the handstand safely.
