Instructions
Side-Step Arm Crossover (Plyometrics)
Positioning
1. Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Keep your arms relaxed by your sides.
Movement
1. Step to the Side: Take a step to the right with your right foot, bending slightly at your knees as you do so.
2. Cross Your Arms: As you step to the right, swing your left arm across your body and your right arm out to the side. Your arms should cross in front of you.
3. Return to Start: Bring your left foot back to the starting position and uncross your arms.
4. Repeat: Now step to the left with your left foot, swinging your right arm across your body and your left arm out to the side. Again, your arms should cross.
5. Continue Alternating: Keep alternating between stepping to the right and left, crossing and uncrossing your arms with each step.
6. Maintain a Steady Pace: Aim to keep a fluid motion for a set duration or number of repetitions.
