Instructions

Setup

  • Begin in a high plank position (push-up position), with your hands placed directly under your shoulders and your body in a straight line from head to heels.

  • Position your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart to provide a stable base.

Execution

  • Engage your core to maintain a rigid torso throughout the movement.

  • Lift your right hand off the ground and tap your left shoulder, focusing on minimizing hip rotation.

  • Return the right hand to the ground under your shoulder.

  • Repeat the motion by lifting your left hand to tap your right shoulder.

  • Continue alternating sides in a controlled, steady rhythm.
