Instructions
Setup
Begin in a quadruped position (all fours), with hands directly under your shoulders and knees directly under your hips.
Keep your spine neutral and your core braced.
Movement
Start by placing one hand behind your head, keeping your elbow pointed straight out.
Initiate the movement by rotating your upper torso, bringing the elbow downward and inward toward the opposite hand.
Fluidly reverse the motion, rotating your upper back to open up your chest, pointing your elbow toward the ceiling as you sweep your arm wide.
Follow your elbow with your eyes to ensure maximum thoracic rotation.
Complete the desired repetitions on one side before switching to the other.
