Instructions
Setup
Start in a quadruped position, with your hands placed directly under your shoulders and your knees directly under your hips on a comfortable mat.
Movement
Maintain a strong, straight back and engage your core slightly.
Gently rock your torso forward, shifting your weight onto your hands while keeping your palms flat on the ground.
As you rock forward, you will feel a stretch through your forearms and into the wrists.
Rock back to the starting position to release the tension. Repeat this rhythmic movement for the desired duration or reps.
Tips
Keep your elbows straight throughout the movement.
Adjust the distance of your hands to find the intensity of the stretch, but keep them shoulder-width apart.
Ensure your palms remain in full contact with the floor throughout the entire rock.
