Shoulder-Grip Inverted Row
Instructions
Set a barbell securely in a rack at about waist height.
Lie underneath the bar, reach up, and grip it with your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
Keep your body straight from head to heels with your core engaged and arms fully extended.
Pull your chest up toward the bar by driving your elbows down and back.
Pause briefly at the top, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
Lower yourself back down with control to the starting position.
