Seated V-Sit Pulse
Instructions
Setup
Sit on a mat with your legs extended slightly in front of you.
Lean your torso back at a roughly 45-degree angle, engaging your core to maintain a straight spine.
Lift your legs slightly off the floor, keeping a soft bend in the knees.
Extend your arms forward at shoulder height, palms facing upward.
Execution
Keep your torso and legs in a locked V-position.
Perform small, repetitive pulsing movements by slightly driving your hands upward while further engaging your abdominal muscles.
Maintain a constant, controlled rhythm without allowing your torso to drop or your back to round.
