Instructions
Setup
Sit on the machine and adjust the pads so they are flush against the outside of your knees.
Set the weight stack to an appropriate resistance level.
Ensure your feet are placed firmly on the foot rests.
Keep your back pressed firmly against the backrest throughout the entire movement.
Movement
Grasp the handles on the side of the seat for stability.
Slowly push your knees outward against the resistance pads while maintaining an upright torso.
Pause for a brief moment at the peak of the contraction, feeling the activation in your outer hips and glutes.
Return to the starting position in a controlled manner, resisting the urge to let the weight stack slam.
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
