Instructions
Set up the gymnastic rings: The rings should be suspended at a height that allows you to lean forward without the rings touching the ground when fully extended.
Grasp the rings: Hold them at about waist level with your arms extended, palms facing down.
Adopt a push-up position: Your body should be in a straight line from heels to head.
Lean forward: Keep your body rigid and descent until your upper body is at about a 45-degree angle to the ground, going as low as your flexibility and strength allow without compromising form.
Push back: Use your chest, shoulders, and arms to push your body back to the starting position, fully extending your arms.
Engage your core: Maintain a straight body line and control the stability of the rings throughout the movement.
Repeat: Perform the desired number of repetitions and sets with proper form and control.
Safety Tips:
Warm up adequately before the exercise.
Start with an easier variation if new to this exercise.
Maintain core tightness to prevent lower back strain.
Stop if you experience pain beyond normal muscle fatigue.
