Reverse to Crunch
Instructions
Setup
Lie flat on your back on a mat with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
Place your arms by your sides or lightly hold the back of your head for support, ensuring you don't pull on your neck.
Movement
Engage your core muscles to lift your hips off the floor, bringing your knees toward your chest.
Focus on using your lower abdominal muscles to perform the motion rather than momentum; imagine trying to curl your pelvis toward your ribcage.
At the top of the movement, your lower back should be slightly lifted off the mat.
Slowly lower your hips and feet back down to the starting position with control, maintaining constant tension in your core throughout.
