Resistance-Band Standing Single-Leg Knee Extensio
Instructions
Anchor a resistance band securely around the base of a sturdy chair and loop the other end around your working ankle.
Stand facing the chair, holding onto the back for balance, and step back slightly to create tension in the band.
Keep your torso upright and your supporting knee slightly soft as you prepare to move.
Exhale and slowly extend your working leg forward against the band resistance until your leg is straight.
Pause briefly at the top of the movement while keeping your quad engaged.
Inhale and slowly return your leg to the starting position in a controlled manner.
