Resistance-Band Kneeling Tricep Extension

Setup
Secure one end of a resistance band to a sturdy anchor point at roughly shoulder height or slightly above.
Kneel on the floor facing away from or sideways to the anchor point.
Movement
Hold the end of the band with one hand, keeping your elbow tucked close to your side or slightly raised to keep tension on the muscles.
Keeping your upper arm stationary, fully extend your arm until your elbow is locked out, concentrating on feeling the contraction in your triceps.
Slowly return to the starting position with controlled movement, resisting the band's pull.
Complete all repetitions for one side before switching to the other arm.
