Instructions
Setup
Anchor one end of a resistance band to a vertical post or rack at shoulder height.
Kneel on the floor perpendicular to the anchor point.
Grasp the end of the resistance band with the arm closest to the anchor point, extending your arm fully out to the side at shoulder level.
Movement
Keeping your upper arm stationary and parallel to the floor, curl your hand toward your head by flexing at the elbow.
Squeeze your bicep at the peak of the contraction.
Slowly extend your arm back to the starting position with control, maintaining tension on the band throughout the movement.
Keep your torso upright and avoid leaning or twisting during the repetition.
