Instructions

Setup

  • Anchor one end of a resistance band to a vertical post or rack at shoulder height.

  • Kneel on the floor perpendicular to the anchor point.

  • Grasp the end of the resistance band with the arm closest to the anchor point, extending your arm fully out to the side at shoulder level.

Movement

  • Keeping your upper arm stationary and parallel to the floor, curl your hand toward your head by flexing at the elbow.

  • Squeeze your bicep at the peak of the contraction.

  • Slowly extend your arm back to the starting position with control, maintaining tension on the band throughout the movement.

  • Keep your torso upright and avoid leaning or twisting during the repetition.
