Instructions
Starting Position
Begin in an inverted V position (similar to Downward Dog), with your feet hip-width apart and your hands shoulder-width apart.
Keep your hips lifted high toward the ceiling and press through your palms to create a stable base.
Execution
Maintain core engagement and stabilize your upper body by actively pushing against the floor.
Carefully lift one hand off the floor and bring it across your body to tap the opposite shoulder.
Keep your hips as still as possible throughout the movement; avoid excessive swaying.
Return your hand to the floor and immediately repeat the motion with the other hand.
Continue alternating sides with control.
