Instructions

1. Starting Position:
- Stand upright with your feet hip-width apart.
- Place your hands on your hips for balance, or let them hang relaxed by your sides.

2. Initiate the Stretch:
- Lift your right foot slightly off the ground as you bend your right knee.
- Shift your weight onto your left foot.

3. Step Forward:
- Step forward with your right foot, placing it gently on the ground while keeping your left leg straight.
- As your right foot steps down, feel a slight stretch in your left calf and hamstring.

4. Return to Starting Position:
- Step back to the starting position by bringing your right foot back next to the left foot.
- Repeat the movement on the opposite side by lifting your left foot and stepping forward with it.

5. Continue the Movement:
- Alternate stepping forward with each foot for a total of 10 to 15 repetitions.
- Focus on maintaining good posture throughout the exercise, keeping your back straight and core engaged.

6. Breathing:
- Inhale as you step forward and exhale as you return to the starting position.

7. Cool Down:
- After completing your repetitions, stand still for a moment, take a few deep breaths, and gently shake out your legs to relax.

Note: This exercise is great for stretching your calves and hamstrings while improving balance and flexibility. Make sure to listen to your body and avoid overstretching.
