Instructions

1. Begin in a standard push-up position with each foot placed on a towel or slider on a smooth surface. Your body should form a straight line from your shoulders to your ankles, engage your core, and place your hands directly under your shoulders.

2. Tighten your core and while keeping your upper body still, slide one foot forward, bringing your knee towards your chest.

3. As you slide your knee forward, ensure that you maintain proper form and do not let your hips sag or rise.

4. Slide the foot back to the starting position and simultaneously bring the opposite knee forward in the same manner.

5. Continue alternating legs for the desired amount of time or repetitions.

6. Keep the motion controlled and focus on engaging your core muscles throughout the exercise.
