March with Arm Swing
Instructions
Setup
Standing tall with feet hip-width apart. Maintain upright posture with core engaged.
Execution
Begin marching in place by lifting one knee towards the chest, while simultaneously swinging the opposite arm forward, as if walking or jogging at a controlled, rhythmic pace.
Coordinate the movement so the arm-leg pairing is opposite (e.g., right knee up, left arm drives forward).
Keep arms relaxed. As the knee lowers, switch to the other side.
Continue this rhythmic, alternating motion, focusing on controlled core engagement and steady balance.
