Instructions
1. Start by lying flat on your back with your legs raised vertically towards the ceiling. Your arms should be straight in front of you, parallel to your legs.
2. Engage your core and lift your upper back off the ground, keeping your gaze towards your toes.
3. Now, twist your torso, and try to touch your right toes with your left hand while keeping your right hand reaching up straight.
4. Return to the center position with both arms reaching up towards the toes.
5. Next, twist to the opposite side, attempting to touch your left toes with your right hand.
6. Repeat the movement, alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
