Lie down on your back on a comfortable, flat surface.
Extend your legs upward, keeping your feet flexed and heels pushing towards the ceiling.
Gently pull your toes towards your body to intensify the stretch in your calf muscles. You can use your hands to assist by lightly pulling on the balls of your feet if more stretch is required.
Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, keeping your breathing steady and relaxed.
Release the stretch slowly and lower your legs.
Repeat the stretch 2-3 times, ensuring you do not push to the point of pain, just to the point of a gentle, comfortable stretch.
