Lying Assisted Leg Raise with Lateral Throw Down
Instructions
Lie flat on your back on the floor and grab the ankles or legs of a standing partner for support.
Keep your legs straight and engage your core as you raise your legs straight up toward the ceiling.
At the top of the movement, have your partner gently push or throw your legs downward.
Control the descent by resisting the downward force, stopping just before your heels touch the floor.
Exhale as you lift your legs back up to repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
