Instructions

Setup

  • Begin in a half-kneeling position with one knee on the floor and the other foot placed flat in front, creating a 90-degree angle at both hips and knees.

  • Keep your core tight and maintain an upright posture with a neutral spine.

  • Clasp your hands together directly in front of your chest with your arms extended forward.

Movement

  • Initiate the movement by slowly rotating your torso away from the front leg.

  • Ensure the movement comes from your waist/mid-section, while keeping your hips stable and facing forward.

  • Keep your arms extended and at chest height throughout the entire rotation.

  • Slowly return to the starting position and repeat the movement.

  • Keep both shoulders down and back to avoid shrugging during the exercise.
