Lunge with Arm Rotation
Instructions
Setup
Begin in a half-kneeling position with one knee on the floor and the other foot placed flat in front, creating a 90-degree angle at both hips and knees.
Keep your core tight and maintain an upright posture with a neutral spine.
Clasp your hands together directly in front of your chest with your arms extended forward.
Movement
Initiate the movement by slowly rotating your torso away from the front leg.
Ensure the movement comes from your waist/mid-section, while keeping your hips stable and facing forward.
Keep your arms extended and at chest height throughout the entire rotation.
Slowly return to the starting position and repeat the movement.
Keep both shoulders down and back to avoid shrugging during the exercise.
