Instructions
Setup
Begin in a quadruped (all-fours) position on a mat, with knees underneath your hips and wrists beneath your shoulders.
Rotate your hands so your fingers point outward to the sides (laterally) rather than forward.
Movement
Maintain a strong, straight back and gently shift your weight side-to-side, moving your torso toward your left hand, then toward your right hand.
Keep your palms flat on the floor throughout the movement.
Continue the rhythmic, pulsing motion to gently stretch the forearm muscles and wrists.
Keep your movements controlled and fluid, focusing on the stretch rather than speed.
