Instructions
Setup
Begin in a modified plank position, resting on your knees and hands.
Ensure your hands are positioned directly under your shoulders and your knees are slightly behind your hips to maintain a straight line from your head to your knees.
Maintain a tight core with your pelvis slightly tucked to prevent your lower back from arching.
Execution
Reach: From the starting position, reach one arm forward until it is fully extended and parallel to the floor. Return your hand to the mat with control.
Shoulder Tap: Next, lift the opposite hand and tap it to the opposite shoulder. Ensure your torso remains stable and does not rotate as you shift your weight.
Pattern: Continue alternating between the forward reach and the shoulder tap, keeping your core engaged throughout the entire movement.
