Instructions
Setup
Begin in a half-kneeling position, with one knee on the floor and the other foot planted firmly in front of you.
Ensure your front knee is at approximately a 90-degree angle, aligned over your ankle.
Execution
Place your hand on the knee of your front leg for stability and support.
Reach your opposite arm behind your back.
Gently rotate your upper body toward the side of your front leg, using your hand to help deepen the twist in your spine.
Focus on maintaining a tall, upright posture while feeling a stretch in the hip flexor of your kneeling leg.
Hold the position for the desired duration or perform as a rhythmic movement as directed.
