  1. Begin in a high plank position with your hands directly under your shoulders, body in a straight line from head to heels.

Movement

  1. Tighten your core and lift your hips toward the ceiling, shifting your weight slightly back to create an inverted 'V' or shallow downward dog position.

  2. Reach one hand backward toward the opposite foot, aiming to tap your toes or shin while maintaining balance.

  3. Return your hand to the high plank position before repeating the movement on the opposite side.
