Instructions

Setup

Standing tall on a flat surface, with feet shoulder-width apart.

Movement

  1. Lift one knee towards your chest as high as comfortable, while keeping the torso primarily upright.

  2. Simultaneously, bring your hands together to clap underneath the thigh of the lifted leg.

  3. Return the foot to the starting position in a controlled motion.

  4. Repeat the process by lifting the opposite knee and performing the clap underneath that thigh.

  5. Continue alternating legs in a steady rhythmic fashion.

Tips

  • Maintain a steady pace to keep the heart rate elevated.

  • Engage your core throughout the movement to support balance.

  • Ensure you bring the knee up high enough to comfortably clap underneath the leg without hunching your back.
