Full Head Fpov Rotation

Accurate?

Improve neck flexibility & reduce stiffness with gentle head rotations. Perfect for relieving tension after long hours!

Instructions

1. Stand or sit with your back straight and shoulders relaxed.

2. Slowly turn your head to the right, looking over your shoulder and keeping the rest of your body still. Do not force the movement; go only as far as is comfortable without straining.

3. Pause at the furthest point of your rotation for a moment.

4. Slowly move your head back to the center and then rotate it to the left side, following the same process.

5. After reaching the left side and pausing, bring your head back to the center again.

6. Now gently tilt your head back as if you are looking up at the ceiling, pausing slightly at the end of the movement.

7. Return to the center position and then tilt your head forward, trying to touch your chin to your chest lightly.

8. Complete this series of movements in a slow and controlled manner, making sure not to jerk or bounce at any point.

9. Continue the rotations for the desired number of repetitions or a set period, such as 1-2 minutes, focusing on smooth, fluid movements.

Note: While performing the exercise, ensure that you proceed gently to prevent any strain on your neck. If you experience any pain or discomfort during the exercise, stop immediately and consult a health professional.
