Tone your shoulders and arms with the Elbow-Tap Press! A simple, effective exercise you can do anywhere.

Instructions

Positioning:
1. Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Raise your arms so that they are extended straight above your head, palms facing forward.
3. Keep your shoulders relaxed and avoid hunching.

Movement:
1. Bend your elbows and bring your arms down, moving your elbows toward your sides while keeping your palms facing each other.
2. As your elbows come down, touch your fingertips to your shoulders.
3. Press your arms back up to the starting position, extending them fully overhead.
4. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
5. Focus on engaging your shoulder muscles throughout the exercise.

Tips:
- Keep your core engaged to maintain balance.
