Instructions
Setup
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a pair of dumbbells at shoulder height with your palms facing forward or inward facing each other (neutral grip).
Engage your core to maintain a stable, upright posture throughout.
Movement
Press one dumbbell upward toward the ceiling by extending your elbow while simultaneously lowering the other dumbbell toward the shoulder.
Once the first arm is fully extended, begin the reverse motion for both sides simultaneously, so that one arm is ascending while the other is descending.
Continue alternating in a 'see-saw' fashion without stopping at the midline.
Control the movement throughout the entire range of motion, avoiding the use of momentum to drive the weights.
