Instructions

Setup

Place two dumbbells on the floor shoulder-width apart. Assume a high plank position, gripping the handles of the dumbbells with your hands directly beneath your shoulders.

Execution

  1. Maintain a strong, straight-line plank position, bracing your core tightly to prevent hip rotation.

  2. Keeping one hand stable on its dumbbell, lift the other hand and extend it forward, tapping the floor in front of you.

  3. Return that hand to its starting position on the dumbbell.

  4. Lift the same hand again and move it out to the side.

  5. Return to the starting position.

  6. Finally, move that same hand toward your hip or behind you to complete the 'world' circuit.

  7. Keep your hips level and avoid shifting your weight excessively as you move the arm.

  8. Switch sides and repeat the movement pattern with the opposite arm.
