Instructions
Setup
Lie flat on a workout bench, ensuring your head and back are fully supported.
Hold a pair of dumbbells with a neutral grip (palms facing each other) and extend your arms straight up toward the ceiling, aligned with your shoulders.
Execution
Inhale as you slowly bend your elbows to lower the weights toward your ears. Keep your upper arms stationary—only your forearms should move.
Continue lowering the dumbbells until your forearms are roughly parallel to the floor or the weights are beside your head.
Exhale and use your triceps to extend your arms, returning the dumbbells to the starting position above your chest.
Important: Keep your elbows tucked in throughout the movement, preventing them from flaring outward to ensure maximum triceps engagement.
