Instructions

Setup

  • Lie flat on a workout bench, ensuring your head and back are fully supported.

  • Hold a pair of dumbbells with a neutral grip (palms facing each other) and extend your arms straight up toward the ceiling, aligned with your shoulders.

Execution

  • Inhale as you slowly bend your elbows to lower the weights toward your ears. Keep your upper arms stationary—only your forearms should move.

  • Continue lowering the dumbbells until your forearms are roughly parallel to the floor or the weights are beside your head.

  • Exhale and use your triceps to extend your arms, returning the dumbbells to the starting position above your chest.

  • Important: Keep your elbows tucked in throughout the movement, preventing them from flaring outward to ensure maximum triceps engagement.
